Senior Product Marketing Manager
Our client is a growing B2B technology company that develops hardware and software safety solutions for industrial workplaces globally. They are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead how their products and services go to market, own portfolio positioning, and ensure Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing execute against a unified strategy.
This is a senior, high-visibility role operating with direct exposure to executive leadership. You will have the autonomy to shape the product marketing function, sharpen the competitive strategy, and build the sales tools that turn complex technical capabilities into a clear, compelling narrative for global buyers.
What You’ll Do
Positioning, Messaging, and Market Intelligence
- Own end-to-end positioning and messaging across the entire product and solution portfolio.
- Monitor market trends and win/loss insights to sharpen competitive messaging and battlecards.
- Translate complex or technical product details into clear, value-driven narratives for target personas.
Go-to-Market and Launch Execution
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market strategies for product launches and major updates from announcement through adoption.
- Manage campaign timelines, resources, and delivery schedules to keep launches on track.
- Partner with Demand Generation to turn ICPs and buyer personas into messaging briefs for multi-channel campaigns.
Sales Enablement and Revenue Growth
- Build and roll out sales enablement tools, training, and battlecards to empower direct sales and channel partners.
- Partner with Sales and Client Success to develop narratives that drive account expansion, retention, and upsell.
- Inform website and digital copy to ensure product narratives are consistent across public touchpoints.
Functional Leadership and Governance
- Help shape the operating model for product marketing, raising output quality and building team capability.
- Maintain alignment across Product, Sales, Brand, and Marketing to ensure go-to-market priorities stay connected to business revenue goals.
Required Superpowers
- Extensive B2B product marketing experience, including direct ownership of end-to-end product launches.
- Proven track record in go-to-market strategy, positioning frameworks, and cross-functional launch planning.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of building trust with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical features into simple, compelling market narratives.
- Practical experience building sales tools, battlecards, and enablement materials that sales teams actually use.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex project schedules and cross-team dependencies.
